Had I known what I know now I would’ve demanded somebody come who had experience. Overall, they’ve done a good job and I’ve signed a service contract with them. One time in less than a year, they send somebody to service the continuous hot water heater and she falsely claimed I needed a condenser and charged me for it. I wish they would send people who knew what they were doing all the time. "

Jake is a fraud he delayed my entire project by three months. he was hired to make plans for project and give us kid drawings with pencils and crayons with all stains on them. delayed our project for over 3 months in over 20k in damages . and this man is nasty just takes money and hangs up . the city inspectora even laughed when we submitted his plans . I had clearly explained the scope—replacing 10-12 standard switches with smart switches giving model number/spec—and was hoping for a lump sum proposal, but they only offered hourly rates, which is understandable. They estimated it would take about 2 hours, but the job ended up taking over 4. While they mentioned having done similar installations before, they spent quite a bit of time reviewing instructions on site, which added to the time and cost. The final bill was over $800 for a couple switches, including a service fee and $10 for wire connector? (The switches come with connector) Just a heads-up to others: be sure to ask detailed questions about hourly charges and how time will be managed, especially for smart device installations."
