Lou even took the time to re-connect the toilet each night so that I wouldn't be left without. Lou did an amazing job, and it was a pleasure working with him. That left a gap and roaches were roaming out from that gap into my apartment for 11 days until I hired a handyman to caulk it. It costed me extra money and emotional distress"
