"I would like to say that we would use GF Company in the future.
The Positive:
 The sales representative, Ken Jr., was astounding.  His knowledge of his field was excellent and I enjoyed talking with him.  He was also very thorough with his estimate and writing down in great detail what we wanted to have done.  I hope we get him as our sales representative when it is time to do our roof or our windows.
The work was done exactly as Ken Jr. had written on the estimate.  For the most part the work matches the current look of the shed and it has already filled the water barrel.  
The Negatives:
It was difficult to communicate with GF Company.  We had originally received a quote from Rick a year before the work was done and we contacted GF Company many times to speak with him about getting the work done, but none of our phone calls were returned.  Finally we asked for someone new and we got Ken Jr. sent to us.
After we paid our half-down deposit, we were told that we would get a call in about three weeks to find a date for the work to be done.  After about 5 weeks we tried contacting GF Company.  One phone call had us speaking with a lady on the phone who said that someone would call us back soon, but that never happened.
We never received a call to tell us when the work would be done as we wanted to have someone home to make sure things were done to our specifications.  Several days after our phone call was not returned, we received a text message from our neighbor telling us that someone was doing work on our property, but my wife and I were both at work and by time we got home the work was done.  Since Ken Jr. did such a great job with writing down what we wanted, we did not have any issues with what was done.
It appears that one of the items created on site for our downspout on the shed was likely spray painted on site.  The paint job has already faded, but we can find some paint to paint it again.
Overall, it sounds like we had a bad experience, but we did not.  The work that was done was done well and the sales representative we worked with was very knowledgeable.  We would use GF Company again and recommend them, but encourage folks to have patience with communication.

"Orlando and 2 members of his team turned up right on time.  They understood that the walls were coated in soot because my fireplace was not burning correctly.  While he went and purchased the paint and supplies (brushes, rollers etc), his crew immediately began cleaning the affected area. They did a great job and I have hired them to do the front and rear hallways of our condo building. 
Orlando and his team are very courteous individuals and were eager to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the work done.

They have been working with us for the last three years and they are still doing more work. They put the bay window in last fall. They are not cheap. Their quality is very good. They are here earlier than I anticipate. The job they did on the storm doors was really good, but they are starting to rust a little bit and it is only a year. He looked at them and he is going to see what he can do with them.

"The worked was performed on time and on budget. There are only 2 elite preferred providers of James Hardie Siding in the Chicago area. Chicagoland Builders performed the work for a fraction of the price that the other elite preferred provider proposed, and the work was done beautifully. I would definitely use Chicagoland Builders again."

We received several estimates to build a garage from the ground up, and Danley's Garage World impressed us most with their knowledge and responsiveness. Their estimate game out in the middle of three, and they were flexible and considerate of our needs. My husband, a contractor in his own right, was off during the time they built the garage and watched their work every step of the way. He was happy with the labor and the materials used. Our garage is exceedingly well made. The time from estimate to permit to foundation to construction was 7 weeks. That is amazing. "Cesar is a  incredibly tidy and customer focused contractor!  We had  a young child in the house and he went above and beyond to keep the house tidy and free of any debris/tools etc while renovating all 3 of our bathrooms.  His quotes are always far below any competitor.  He works very hard to please his clients and very quickly resolved any of our requests/issues/additional last minute work.  His work is of a high quality, we have been thrilled with all the projects he's done for us.
