"My central Air broke & although I paid for PSEG worry free service they did not help & it was not COVERED. They said I needed a new unit. I waited until spring & had several estimates and this was great. They came on time for install & estimate. Chris was easy to deal with. They did it relatively easily & were cooperative & pleasant. I chose them due to reviews & the other 3 one was much cheaper but terrible reviews another much more expensive wanting to do much more work & a third seeming he had adhd. I was very happy with this business."

"Mr. Angel Zapata arrived on time. Asked preliminary questions regarding the job to be done. Very professional. Listens! Explained what he would be doing. We are very satisfied with results of this furnace repair/cleaning. Explained job as he worked. Would highly recommend his service to others in need of HVAC solutions."

"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. He unfortunately couldn't send some one out as he was super jammed with the current heat wave. I will not hesitate to call Mehmet again as he is a true professional and very knowledgeable."

"They were really good. They trustworthy, dependable provides excellent service, punctual, on time and considerate. I recommend them highly. Their prices were fair and they were quick."

"The technicians that came were honest and diligent. Not only identifying the problem and explaining it but showing me how to do it myself in the future. Also identified other issues and potential issues that will avoid future problems. Will continue to use for service and repair!"

"Excellent service - arrived on time and completed within estimate. Joey was my technician he could not be any more professional or efficient. Valentina handled my emergency call early on a Sunday morning and by the early afternoon I had everything back to normal. Couldn’t be more pleased with the services performed, or the professionals involved. No need to look any further, this is the place to call."

"Victor recently replaced my home AC unit. I have been using his services for many years. I have found his prices to be reasonable and the quality of his work superb. He does the work, not an apprentice or a new grad that you get with many other places. He has also always been quick to respond to emergencies, never longer than the next day."

"Noel did an outstanding job fixing my heating system. He was extremely professional, thorough, and took the time to clearly explain what the issue was and how the system works, which I really appreciated. He came twice — first for diagnosis, then to replace the control board of my Mitsubishi heat pump — and handled everything very seriously. He even contacted Mitsubishi support on my behalf to check warranty coverage and make sure the repair was done properly. He also cleaned everything carefully and left the area in great condition. Pricing was very reasonable for the quality of work and time spent. Overall, excellent experience. Reliable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend Noel to anyone needing HVAC work."

"The team at Panda HVAC is efficient, knowledgeable, and reliable. They are great communicators and quick to action. I've had issues with my HVAC for many, many months and I found Panda HVAC when my usual contractor was unavailable to finish the job. Within a few minutes of requesting a quote, I got a call from the office, and by the end of the day, technician Vlad was in my home getting work started. Within a few minutes, he determined the issue and relayed an assessment which was consistent with past evaluations. Vlad, Mark and another technician worked hard and quickly over just a few days, always showing up on time and leaving my home quite clean after every workday. My central AC system is now completely working after basically a year of being inoperable. I would not hesitate to hire them again - great experience!!!"

"Quick and efficient. Easy invoicing and payment process. Did not place register vents back on the wall as they advised, but despite that good service overall."
