"John(Don?) was very courteous when he promptly replied to my question which I had asked online. The price quoted was $55 for a service which would be waived if I had the microwave repaired but would cost $75 plus parts which I felt it would be to my benefit to purchase a new microwave. Called John back offered him the machine to repair and give it to some family who could use it. I have the manual and the sales receipt and would still offer the microwave free to repair and pass it on. If this is acceptable, please contact me by my email address."

Owner came and provided a quote/estimate (only plumber I contacted that would do that) which is important since every job repair job is quite different. There was a small communication issue with the office where the plumber was unable to make it on the scheduled day and the office forgot to call to let us know. They worked hard to make it right and we had a plumber first thing the next day."
