Learn from my mistake: make certain that you do your research on pricing and agree on a price range and scope of work with Geiler (or anyone, for that matter) before they begin the work."

"The gas utility told us at around 1PM that we had two small problems to deal with before turning on the gas to the hot water tank and the furnace: a new shut off valve for the first and a thermocouple for the other. We called Monroe around 1:30PM and left a message on the answering machine. We received a call from them at 2PM and were told they could be there in a half hour. Dan arrived around 2:30PM and the work was completed before 3:30PM. Don't you wish EVERYTHING worked out like that?! We were so pleased, absolutely NO complaints here! <br />"
