"My water heater was not making hot water. Steven came promptly and on time. He had the experience and skills to quickly diagnose and proactively treat the problem and prevent a recurrence. He was patient with my hovering around and asking questions and even offered helpful information when he sensed I was curious. He completed the job professionally and efficiently and economically as possible and advisable. I couldn't be more pleased with his work."

"A little high priced for a toilet repair. The stopper was not fitting on the seal when you flushed causing it to run constantly. $395 was a pretty high in my opinion for a $20 toilet kit. We should have done that ourselves. Water Heater did have problems and we were happy to get a new one and have installed. There again, paid a high price for water heater."

"They were fantastic, clean, courteous, polite, respectful, did good work, they are the only ones to go with if you're having a hot water heater installed"

"Just good basic customer service. I called and he answered the phone and right away was trying to help me trouble shoot the issue. We set up an appointment and Micheal was very good about keep the communication going and keeping me updated on his arrival time. Once he arrived and we went through the issue, he was upfront with the cost - it was affordable. He cleared the clog and informed me how to help keep it clean. I got the invoice and it was exactly what he said it would be - no added or hidden cost. Very professional and would highly recommend."
