"Late Friday afternoon while changing an outside water faucet handle the line broke off within the inside of the wall. I called the Home Advisor and gave my name and number and Hildebrant's Plumbing called me within the hour. They said they could come out on Sat. morning. They explained there would be an additional emergency weekend charge which I was glad to pay to get the water back on. "The guys arrived on time & worked solidly till the work was done. They layed down floor covers case it was wet & nasty outside..I appreciate that. Rafael was the lead installer & he seemed to really know his business. The helper was very quiet & informative when asked a question. All my questions were answered & work done in a timely manner. I had hot water in 1 hr after they had left. Rafael explained everything about the new water heater to me & was very patient. I have no complaints whatsoever with the installation. I do believe the cost of the heater was very high, but that inflation I guess. That’s my only complaint. Nothing to do with the installers. I do look forward to hopefully 15 yrs at least from this heater."

We set up an appointment and Micheal was very good about keep the communication going and keeping me updated on his arrival time.
