Apparently, they did a special and they were swamped they told me and no one told me they were coming. They didn't make a call saying we're going to be there at this hour. I didn't know they were going to show up that day much less what time and I just happen to show up when they were working and I was getting ready to explain a particular procedure that I wanted on a downspout and I couldn't do that if they had come and gone without me seeing them so I was a little unhappy with that but then it turns out they don't do the procedure that we were hoping for.
