"Frank was very helpful, on time & honest. He spent at least 40 minutes trying to assess the problem I noted and concluded that it was not a plumbing leak, but perhaps a leak from a window. It's a tricky issue, one wall, underneath a 2nd floor bathroom, has cracked, peeling paint, but no apparent/visible water damage anyplace in the house. Hope this is the right diagnosis! If my painter opens the wall and sees damage due to pipes, Frank will come back to repair. But, Frank didn't want to open the wall without any real proof of pipe leakage. Thought that was an honest approach. Frank did not charge for the appointment or assessing the problem which is unique in this day and age."
