"B&D Plumbing and Heating was great to work with.  Our furnace went out overnight and we woke up to a cold house.  I called at 7am when they opened and they were out to look at the furnace around 8.  They quickly found the problem and offered to repair it.  However, the repair cost was over half the cost of a new furnace so it made more sense to put a new furnace in.  They were able to get a new furnace in the next day and provided us with several electric heaters to help keep our house warm until they new unit was installed.  We also decided to replace/upgrade several other items including our A/C unit (it had been leaking Freon) and our water heater as both were aging and not keep up with our demand.  In the end, we spent more than we originally wanted to although that was our choice as B&D offered several pricing options for us to consider.  The service technician (Nick) was great and didn't pressure us at all.   I would definitely recommend B&D as they were upfront and honest with pricing and offered several lower and higher cost options and adequately explained the pro-cons of each option.

"I have an old home where the gravity furnace needed to be replaced. This included abatement for asbestos removal, installation of all new ductwork, the new furnace, air conditioner and water heater. It was a big investment for me but everyone from the sales person to the installers and office staff made me feel comfortable about my decision. "Very happy with their work. I also had them replace my mom’s furnace. It was a very cold Sunday they were there first thing in the morning installed the new furnace and removed the old furnace and material and cleaned everything up. I would highly recommend them."
