"They had to do a lot of things.  Most of the people I worked with were great.  It took three months to finish the work.  They were all ready to go ahead and do the work.  They were responsive and tried to figure out what to do.  It was not entirely a perfect process.  Most of the part it was not their fault.  There was some frustration at times.  The pool, however, looks great.  The person I contacted in the company was super responsive.  She was great.  They were definitely responsive.  They did what they needed to do.  When we filled the pool it did not fill up since the pool was leaking.  They had to completely redo it.  It turned out that the electrostatic value was left open.  I had to keep filling the pool until they figured out the problem and got an extra $300 water bill."

"I first met Tony, owner of Nexxus Remodeling, soon after his lead hardwood flooring installer had come to check out my home so they could send me an estimate. My project was to rip out all carpet in my upstairs, and on the stairs from the 1st floor. Even before I had received all bids I’d sought from him and other contractors, Tony found out the floor I’d intended to buy was out of stock. He arranged for me to go to a showroom that has the best inventory and selection I’d seen in my search, and he met me there to personally assist me to find flooring I liked just as well as my first choice. I was soon able to determine that Tony’s bid was very comprehensive and reasonable, but his efforts to help me before even being hired had impressed me just as much. "Did a good job trimming back trees and removing bushes from backyard. Afterwards, where some of the removed bushes were, our sprinkler lines were damaged and started leaking. Company was quick to respond and acknowledge the damage and fixed it. We will use them again.

"Ismael was hired to demolish a deck and a solid concrete jacuzzi.  Demolishing the deck was the easy part.  It took 2 whole days with 3-4 men, and 2 jackhammers to get rid of the jacuzzi.  On their last day, Ismael and his crew worked for 12 hrs. in the heat.  The only break they took was a short lunch break.  They worked diligently to get the job done in 3 days as promised.  We were  very impressed with Ismael's positive attitude despite the fact that the job ended up being much harder than anticipated.  He always had a smile on his face.  We would definitely hire him back if needed."
