"Mr Joey outdid himself! He is a straight to the point no BS guy. I received a call from him regarding a driveway installation. He was ready to start the same day. He came out, provided a quote, started making phone calls to the city and county for permits. Not sure if he is OCD in a good way, passionate, or the get er done! BUT whatever it is...He showed commitment, communication, professionalism, and quick service. He communicated everyday about everything. I highly recommend Steven Stones Outdoors LLC. There are still good contractors out there and he's one of them."

"Greg did a fabulous job! I had many smaller projects that needed to be done and he tackled them all and did a great job. Easy to work with, honest, kept me informed of his plans, and a nice guy! I’ve already booked him again!"

"I was referred to Jodi based on good feedback I heard from a Holistic Event here. It was a very insightful consultation and I decided to try Cbd to help with my anxiety. Jodi also recommended l-theanine, which I purchased at peoples pharmacy. The Cbd I purchased through Jodi and over the past 3 weeks, I have felt a significant improvement. I appreciated her telling e to keep my doctor in the loop, and is very educated about herbs and EFT techniques. Very happy with her services."

"Initially we were excited to work with Matt and Sunnie Channel- Matt has great charisma and talked over details with us about a deck design we came up with- offering tips on what he would do differently and truly appearing to care about the project. They provided a great design that we were happy with so we decided to move forward with Southern Outdoor Appeal. We signed our contract in February 2024 with written assurance that the project would be complete by the end of May/first week of June as I was planning my daughters 2nd birthday party that was going to be held in the backyard and needed it to be complete by then. Months went by without any movement. I began emailing asking when we would expect to begin framing, worried we were pushing close to the end of May and no work had begun and I was met with many excuses. I was then informed Matt tried to subcontract the job and was planning to keep the 30% deposit we placed in February and there was no discussion about this with him or Sunnie. They expected the company they were trying to dump our project on to eat this cost and finish what had not even begun. It all unraveled more from here when I personally spoke with three other neighbors in Circle C who were dealing with the same situation. Some of these families lost much more than the almost $6k we put down. 1+ years have gone by without movement for some of these other families which is appalling. They are STILL met with excuses as to why no work has been completed but are so financially invested they don’t know what to do. When my husband called to cancel the project and request our 30% deposit back (as no work AT ALL had begun), he was met with resistance from Matt. He even mentioned my daughters birthday party as a reason not to cancel the project- trying to guilt us into continuing the project so we could host the party. From our perspective, he likely had no intention to ever begin the project/or could have begun framing and halted work after receiving more payment installations-as is the case with other families in the Circle C area. On top of all of this- Matts wife, Sunnie, finally replied to one of my many emails regarding refund after I offered to pay $1000 for two 20min or less visits by Matt for his “time” but asked they pay the difference from the 30% deposit. In her email, she agreed to this repayment plan and even sent a credit memo. I waited months and never received any money. She finally cancelled my Venmo request days ago (which is how I initially paid them)- indicating she has no intention of fulfilling her side of the deal. They have no right to my or anyone else’s money as it appears they are not using it toward its intended purpose. God forbid something awful is going on behind closed doors for their family but if that’s the case, don’t even start a project you know you can’t finish. It is not fair to the people who are investing/trusting them. I highly encourage anyone considering working with them to not. Do not make the same mistake we did."

"Needed to replace a 20 year old hot tub. Visited multiple Spa Sales establishments throughout Austin. Quickly determined that Spa Expo had the most helpful, knowledgeable staff and offered the best options for our preferences. . The entire process from product selection to removal of old tub and installation of new spa was seamless and 100% professional. To be honest I can’t remember when I experienced such a positive, pleasant business transaction. We are totally pleased with our new Hot Springs Spa and look forward to a long-term association with Felipe Castaneda and his team at Spa Expo. I would do business again with this establishment in a heart beat."

FAQs for outdoor kitchen building service projects in Marble Falls, TX

Building your own pizza oven can be a cost-effective option if you already possess the necessary firebricks or materials and have the skills to complete the project. When you have the required supplies on hand, you save on material costs and labor fees. However, if you need to source every component, a pre-made kit may not deliver the same savings.

Fire bricks are engineered to withstand the high temperatures generated inside a pizza oven, protecting the structure from cracking or spalling. Standard bricks can fail under intense heat, potentially damaging the oven and creating safety risks. By using true fire-rated bricks, homeowners maintain consistent cooking temperatures, preserve the oven’s structural integrity, and reduce the likelihood of costly repairs. The modest increase in material cost is offset by longer service life and safer operation.

An optimal pizza oven installation positions the opening exactly between 36 and 48 inches above the ground to guarantee clear visibility and safe, comfortable access. This height optimizes heat distribution and ergonomic use. In addition, dome height can vary: shorter domes produce the signature soft, charred crust of Neapolitan pies, whereas taller domes are ideal for generating the robust baking environment required for New York–style pizzas.
