When the technician arrived, they spent about five minutes confirming what we already knew: that we needed a specific part. We expressed concern about the cost, and a manager offered a modest discount, which we declined. We ended up paying the $80 just to be told exactly what we had already suspected. Afterward, we contacted another company that provided the part at cost ($100) and completed the service for $135. Bottom line: if you're trying to avoid unnecessary expenses--which I think right now most people are, it’s worth calling around. They precisely located the access cover and hand-dug a hole only about 2' in diameter, taking very good care to preserve the sod as they started. All done in under 2 hours and we have only a small mound in the grass where the dirt should settle back down in a few months. If we need septic service again, our first and only call with be to A. Bailey. And, they are veterans and active duty in the Army reserves. I'm happy to help support our service members."

I told them to get out of my house. I then called Rooter Pro Plumbing to come out and give me a quote. Jerimey Jackson came out and looked over the situation and then put me on a conference call with the owner. They agreed to match the quote I received from the other company even though it was seriously underbid. They are a great company to work with. They are scheduled to come out this week to start the project. I would highly recommend a company with such integrity in the employees and the owner. I look forward to working with them."
