"INTEGRITY scheduled the panel replacement, called to verify the time of arrival and estimated the amount of time that the project would take.  Derek arrived on schedule, assessed what needed to be purchased from the local Home Depot to complete the project and completed the project on time.  He was friendly, courteous and very competent.  Derek is a very neat person and the area where he installed the new panel was meticulous when he left.  I wouldn't hesitate in using this company again.  A+

"Our house had a water damage that ruined much of the drywall and floor on the first floor and the basement. For such a big repair job, I carefully looked up the reviews and recommendations from Angie's list and talked to 3 contractors that have the highest ratings. AOM was one of the three. David, the owner of AOM, quickly came to our house, assessed the damage, explained to me what need to be done, showed great empathy to our loss and current situation (having to stay in hotel waiting to go back to our house), and put a very competitive bid (about 2/3 the bid of another contractor). We picked them and signed the contract. AOM uses Trello, a cloud-based project tracking system that software companies often use, to effectively and promptly communicate task description and updates to all workers and house owners. AOM workers are professional, hard working, and friendly. For such a big project, expectedly there were some hiccups and AOM had to juggle ours with their other on-going projects. David kindly explained to me various aspects of the repair work and promptly fixed any faults that we identified. I became to completely trust David's professional skill and that he would treat our house like his. Several nights and weekends David came to work late so that we could move back to normal life as soon as possible. In the end, we are very happy with our remodeled house. "We had a large window in our kitchen that we decided to convert into a sliding patio door. The installers were very courteous, arrived on time and kept the dust to a minimum. They had to remove the large kitchen window, cut the brick to the floor and then frame and install the custom patio door. They were able to finish the job in less than a day! We love the new door and have had no issues. The installation was very professional.
The only thing we were a little upset about was that one of our gutter downspouts was damaged and separated from the house wall. The installers propped it up to make it look like it nothing was wrong with it when I did my final inspection. I didn't notice that it was damaged/disconnected until the next day.
We would definitely use them again and have actually called them about replacing some windows. The problem is that Jimmy seems to disappear for days and sometimes weeks on end. He gave us a quote on the new windows based on their size, but we've been trying to get back in touch with him for window options for almost two weeks now.

The job was fantastically done.  
They worked with us as to when the job would start  and showed up every day, not like some who disappear to start another job.

The first day plastic was taped up to keep the dust from the rest of the house.  Then they removed the old stairway.
They cut and shimmed the riser to correct inconsistencies that were in some stair heights.  
The old stairs were temporarily replaced to allow us access to 2nd floor after they left.
The knee-wall at the lower six stairs was cut to allow  open ended stairs.  Great choice. !
Whenever there were choices to be made, they would discuss the options with us and let us know what they thought would look best and generally we agreed.    
The new treads and risers were meticulously cut and installed, the fit was perfect,  It had to be a challenge, because the walls were anything but square. 
The old landing was removed and new red oak flooring was installed. 
Each day when they were finished for the day,  they vacuumed and left the site very clean and picked up. 
After everything was installed it was sanded and cleaned to be stained.  They showed us a sample of the stain and we agreed that was the correct one.
After staining, sanding,  first coat finish, sanding, 2nd coat finish, sanding and finally the final coat of satin finish.  The stairs looked better than we could imagine.
It was a job well done by workman who were precise, patient, and whose attention to detail was impeccable.
