Get matched with top garage remodelers in Marengo, IL

"Thank you, Cesar and team, for such a wonderful experience from our initial meeting through the final walk-through! I originally met with Cesar to discuss remodeling our mudroom and laundry room. After our first conversation, the scope quickly grew into a much larger project that included a complete mudroom remodel, creating a new laundry room, updating our powder room, replacing carpet in two rooms with hardwood flooring, and refinishing all of the hardwood floors on our first floor. Were there a few hiccups along the way? Of course—every renovation has them. What truly stood out was how Cesar and his team handled every challenge. They addressed issues quickly, communicated openly, and always kept us informed of the plan moving forward. Their responsiveness and commitment to doing the job right gave us confidence throughout the entire process. We are looking forward to making more changes to our home with Cesar and Top Bros team!"

"Amador and his team did an amazing job on our deck re-build, They worked around our schedules and completed the job as promised. The quality and workmanship was great. Would recommend 3 AAA Landscaping."

"Marty does great work. I would hire him in a second."

I am a local carpenter who has been in the trades for about 10 years now. I can do almost anything from framing houses to laying flooring. And it is my mission to deliver a quality service at a quality price.

"INTEGRITY scheduled the panel replacement, called to verify the time of arrival and estimated the amount of time that the project would take.  Derek arrived on schedule, assessed what needed to be purchased from the local Home Depot to complete the project and completed the project on time.  He was friendly, courteous and very competent.  Derek is a very neat person and the area where he installed the new panel was meticulous when he left.  I wouldn't hesitate in using this company again.  A+

As before the work was very good and was completely done in the time quoted. David and his crew are all very professional and do wonderful work. This is the second time I have used AOM Painting and already plan on having them back to remodel my other barhroom. I could not ask for a better group og people and I have not had any contractor here that has been so good at their work. Will be using them anytime I need something done.

Thanks Mary Hufeld

"Mal and his team completely transformed the exterior of my house. It literally looks like a new house. I hired Mal to install new siding, gutters, and fascia on my house and garage and he completely exceeded my expectations. I receive compliments from neighbors regularly about how nice my house looks and I could not be happier with how everything turned out. Pricing was very competitive, his communication was fantastic and he stands behind his work. I highly recommend Professional Home Improvement to anyone considering exterior projects like siding and gutters. I could not be happier with the end results."

"We had a large window in our kitchen that we decided to convert into a sliding patio door. The installers were very courteous, arrived on time and kept the dust to a minimum. They had to remove the large kitchen window, cut the brick to the floor and then frame and install the custom patio door. They were able to finish the job in less than a day! We love the new door and have had no issues. The installation was very professional.
The only thing we were a little upset about was that one of our gutter downspouts was damaged and separated from the house wall. The installers propped it up to make it look like it nothing was wrong with it when I did my final inspection. I didn't notice that it was damaged/disconnected until the next day.
We would definitely use them again and have actually called them about replacing some windows. The problem is that Jimmy seems to disappear for days and sometimes weeks on end. He gave us a quote on the new windows based on their size, but we've been trying to get back in touch with him for window options for almost two weeks now.

The job was fantastically done.
They worked with us as to when the job would start  and showed up every day, not like some who disappear to start another job.

The first day plastic was taped up to keep the dust from the rest of the house.  Then they removed the old stairway.
They cut and shimmed the riser to correct inconsistencies that were in some stair heights.
The old stairs were temporarily replaced to allow us access to 2nd floor after they left.
The knee-wall at the lower six stairs was cut to allow  open ended stairs.  Great choice. !
Whenever there were choices to be made, they would discuss the options with us and let us know what they thought would look best and generally we agreed.
The new treads and risers were meticulously cut and installed, the fit was perfect,  It had to be a challenge, because the walls were anything but square.
The old landing was removed and new red oak flooring was installed.
Each day when they were finished for the day,  they vacuumed and left the site very clean and picked up.
After everything was installed it was sanded and cleaned to be stained.  They showed us a sample of the stain and we agreed that was the correct one.
After staining, sanding,  first coat finish, sanding, 2nd coat finish, sanding and finally the final coat of satin finish.  The stairs looked better than we could imagine.
It was a job well done by workman who were precise, patient, and whose attention to detail was impeccable.

"They did an excellent job! The clean up was wonderful and they hauled everything away. They also painted my garage to match my siding and it matched perfectly. I would highly recommend them to others."
