He was there within 2 hours and was able to determine that he needed a specific part that would have to wait til Monday since the parts store was closed. He was very understanding that both my husband and I work full time, and he accommodated us by coming back first thing Monday morning with the part. He installed it and then got a second error code from the machine, which he had to leave to research and speak to the manufacturer about, etc. He returned once again first thing in the morning the following day and was able to completely fix the problem. I was totally impressed with his diligence and scheduling flexibility. Easy to get in touch with, as I needed to call to ask a question on Monday afternoon and he answered the phone right away, no voicemail. Highly recommend!"
