"Provider took notes for estimates. <br /> Provider sent an employee to repair the siding about 3 days later. The employee did an excellent job of repairing the vinyl siding. Received the estimate on June 15. The estimate was exactly what I had asked for.....had 4 options broken done by work to be performed and price. I expect to use Heffron's for the foundation drainage repair based upon the quality of work on the siding repair and customer service provided by Tammy. <br /> <br /> <br />"

"<p>Fiona and the crew were just the best! The work was phenomenal. The attention to detail was  unprecedented. If you look at the media section on the page I am the upstate NY client. I originally asked Fiona to bring her crew upstate because I had been through a series of contractors  who either took my money and did not show up...or just did unsatisfactory work. That was two years ago. The crew now comes up twice a year to do all the maintenance to the  house exterior (siding, painting, repairs), and any remodel/renovation I put on their plate. You name it- they do it well! The prices are very fair. The communication is top notch. The crew will be back this summer to repair old decking and design a new decking addition. Not only are they doing the work but I am relying on their creativity in the design phase. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
