"This company did a first class job solving a basement foundation water infiltration problem in our commercial office building in Upper Bucks County, PA. A project manager came out to assess our situation; he came up with a proposed solution on the spot, provided us with a written proposal and sample photos of other similar work they had done. The work required excavating a small portion of the foundation on the exterior and filling a crack in the foundation wall down to the footers. The crew came out as scheduled and completed the job in a single day as predicted. Some follow up tweaks were needed, and I'm happy to say that the customer service team and follow up crew responded promptly and made some necessary adjustments to button up the job as promised. Tom and Josh were fabulous... not only did they do the foudation work (the foundation was GONE), they also did a complete ly gutted the kitchen and bathroom, and did a beautiful remodel. In addtion, they did the needed reapirs to the bedrooms, and living room including the entire ceiling -- due to the floundation issues, the cracks were all over (BEFORE they started). They got the floor to a more level position and fixed all those cracks that had been there for years. They cared about our house as if it was their own.
