"Hiring Robinson Mechanical is one of the best decisions I ever made as a homeowner (and I am 53). Dave Robinson is skilled, thoughtful about all aspects of the job, knowledgeable, kind and service oriented. His team is too, and they did a great job. The office is also responsive, communicative and service oriented. Robinson Mechanical installed a complete 2 zone AC system in our Ventnor home. We have radiator heat and were using window units to cool the house in the summer. This job involved installing the duct work, floor vents, ceiling vents, returns, 2 air handlers, 2 compressors, 2 smart thermostats. I am so happy. I can't wait for summer. Robinson Mechanical also did plumbing work for us. They removed and replaced our waste water line from the second floor to the basement, they cleaned out our hot water heater and replaced old cast iron water lines. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing or HVAC needs that you have. I am so grateful for the thought and care that Dave and his team puts into their work. I won't be calling anybody but Robinson Mechanical from now on."

"Santos and his helper did a great job working on our storm door. After he removed the door he had to remove rotted wood that was part of the door frame. He had to cut and replace with new wood. He then did a great job replacing all the aluminum around the door frame. The storm door was then reinstalled. It was late in the day when they finished. But there was a slight issue with the door latching. The very next morning Willy called and asked if he could come over and take care of that issue. We set up a time for Willy to come and he did an excellent job fine tuning the door closure. He couldn’t have been more respectful and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with Willy. "I wish I could give more than five stars. My husband and I are very pleased with the service. Michael came within the window of time he gave us. He installed the first fan and that’s when we realized it didn’t work. Michael moved onto the second fan while I ran out to Lowe’s to purchase another fan. Once the second fan was up and running, he went back and removed the first fan and installed the new one I had purchased. Michael wrapped up the broken one for us to return. Michael went above and beyond for us and we truly appreciated it. He was friendly, tidy (he took all of the trash from the three ceiling fan boxes) and knowledgeable. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Michael again or recommend him to our neighbors."

"Kenny from Horizon was very professional and a great guy. I appreciated his insight. He was just doing his job. He was very pleasant. However, I was disappointed in a tune up amounting to just a check of voltage on my motor and capacitors. I thought there would be cleaning involved and an adding of a pound of freon to my unit as advertised. That didn't happen. I received an estimate of over $700 for the replacement of 3 capacitors. I could replace all 3 for under $50. To charge $650 labor is raping the customer. Then the blower motor (that is NOT multispeed) was estimated at about $1100 replacement. The motor costs $210. So again...I feel raped. For a charge of almost$900 for labor. Unbelievable! I've lost my trust in companies that are so money hungry that they lose sight of reasonable business. I will now change out my own parts as I have no confidence of reasonable pricing. Maybe people can afford to be overcharged about $1100. I can't and I won't if I can help it. Next time I'll use my own voltage meter and check my motor voltage and resistance on my capisiters myself. They should be paying me for their so called "tune-ups" as they are only a ploy to pressure you to buy a new furnace/AC system. Ohh and they won't install a new furnace to an old AC unit and Visa versa. That's what the guy told me. Are you kidding me? He told me it would cost$11,000-17,000 for a new system. My father in law just replaced both for $9,000.... So again a minimum of $2,000 overcharge. Nope, Horizon, your scam won't work with me. I'll be glad to tell everyone I meet and show them your ridiculous estimates!"

"Brian and team arrived early at 7AM Wednesday March 7, 2018. They did a wonderful job in replacing the furnace and air conditioner. They were courteous, knowledgeable and cleaned up after they finished the installations. They did not waste any time but worked efficiently. Brian showed me some of the new features that were installed."
