"With a slow water leak in the wall behind my washer, Reddi Services provided excellent service. I was scheduled for early Sunday, but they called Saturday afternoon when a service tech could come that day. Matt arrived, he was clean, polite and professional. He accessed the problem and discovered an external panel to open to see if he could identify the issue. He quickly summarized he could reach in and repaired the leak by replacing a flex pipe. Matt repaired the problem without damaging the wall. Reddi Service's price was very reasonable and there was no up charge for being on the weekend. I would use them again and recommend them. Walt"

"I called on Tuesday for water leak in my front courtyard. I got a call that evening and they were very responsive and concerned. they were going to send someone that evening I told her next day would be fine. Kevin arrive early morning to check out the leak it was a bursted landscaping water line. was relived it wasn't the main water line. he stated they don't usually repair these water lines but the ask if there was hardware store where he could get the parts he needed. the pipe was replaced and problem fixed. Kevin was excellent knew what needed to be done even though it was out of the norm. I will definitely call ready for any plumbing issues."

"I had a water main leak, and they replaced the pipe from the water meter to the house. All the work was done the same day I called - great service. I thought the cost was high, but I did not get any other bids, so it may have been OK. They could have done a better job covering up where they dug, but it was OK."

"They replaced my old water heater. They did a fantastic job. 10 out of 10 would definitely recommend."

"Don performed the requested repairs in a very professional manner, he exhibited care to both pre and post cleanup, and we went back and checked the job was to our satisfaction. He installed quality parts, and demonstrated their use. Arrived at the agreed time, evaluated the task and right to it, good job."

"I have used and now know many plumbing companies. They are all expensive but if I can't do the work myself, especially , when a permit is needed, then what else can I do. Allpro is not cheap or more expensive than any other plumbing company. At least they treated me very well. Rudy, my tech, was so friendly and informative. He even told me that I could leave for the first part of the project since it was outside and then return for the inside work. I needed that time to run errands before I couldn't leave. Very considerate. He explained everything he needed to do with my water heater to bring it up to city code and why. I must adhere to what the city code is whether I like it or not because rental property is a business and professionals like Rudy give me the information I couldn't know on my own. After his repairs I felt secure that my property and tenants are safe and comfortable and that is my responsibility. If I must pay for a service like this than I should walk away feeling like I got my monies worth and more. Thank you Rudy and Allpro."
