Only afterwards did I realize that while getting the OK from my HOA, Dependable had to contact their own insurance company to get my HOA listed as additionally insured (at the request of my insufferable HOA). This was not easy nor cheap but I never heard any complaints from Dependable about it. Luckily, their insurance company waived the $200 fee but I am so impressed that Dependable did not once give up or drop the job because of something ridiculous that my HOA was demanding."
