"JP is truly a Professional. He explained everything in a way that I would understand and showed me what needed repaired and replacement. He was very clear as to the reasoning for each service such as fire prevention and improper installation. I am sincerely grateful to have met and worked with him. I will be calling him on another occasion to install a ceiling fan. I would give him 10 stars if it were possible. His Professionalism and Respect for me and my Home are Commendable. He is an Asset to your Team. Anna E. Palermo-Sanchez Very Appreciative Customer "

"Consumer beware!!! This electric company put a lien on my house for work that wasn't completed. They were well aware that the contractor was paid in full and he needed to be the one to pay them but they decided to put a lien on my property anyways instead of taking the contractor to court. The work done was poor quality and they used the wrong rated wires on an outdoor structure. They left our bathroom electrical hanging out of the wall and didn't even put outlet covers on the new outlets. We have been forced to obtain legal representation to get this sorted out, please save a massive headache and money by using any other electric company than dependable electric services."

FAQs for attic or whole house fan installation projects in Marietta, GA

Installing an attic fan lowers attic temperatures and reduces moisture, protecting stored items and extending the life of roofing materials. It also prevents mold, mildew, and paint deterioration, enhancing energy efficiency and comfort in the home. This type of protection helps you avoid costly repairs in the future and maintains the integrity of your home.

Installing an attic fan may require multiple professionals. A roofing specialist or carpenter can create the vent and mount the fan securely, while a licensed electrician connects the system to the home's electrical supply. A dedicated attic fan installer may be able to tackle all of these areas themselves, so be sure to confirm what services they can provide. Hiring qualified professionals ensures the installation is safe and the attic fan operates reliably.

The lifespan of an attic fan depends on the type and how well it is maintained. Passive attic fans can last 40 to 50 years, while electric and solar models typically last 10 to 15 years. Regular cleaning and maintenance help ensure the fan operates reliably and safely. Ask your installation pro for their recommendations for ongoing maintenance and service to help your attic fan last for as long as possible.
