"DO NOT HIRE THIS PLUMMER. This plumber was hired thru a contractor to do a complete repipe for our house (taking out ply b and installing pex A). A 2 day job took 4 days because they only sent out 1 plumber with either 1 or 2 non plumbers FOR A COMPLETE HOUSE REPIPE. I asked Nick, the owner, to allocate more plumbers since it is such a big job. He did nothing. Should not have accepted a job that was too big for them. He also unilaterally tried to decide to leave some poly b piping in the master bath without even consulted the homeowner - not his call to make. One positive note was the few people that did show up, most notably Christian, put in long hours and did their best with what little they were given. Folks, you've been warned, look for another company and stay as far away as you can from this one."

"I was told that it was no cost for them to come out and inspect the issue. The repairman came out inspected. Gave me 3 options with prices for the repair that included an $88 fee. He left and never come back. We called and were told that he would be back at 9 am the next morning. We waited and after 2 hours we called and canceled. We called a new company. Gary from Deep Dive called and said if we let his guy come he would give us a discount at $50 or $100. We accepted the plumber came out completed the repair. We paid $815. I asked plumber if it included the discount. He said he wasn?t aware of the discount. He called Gary who said he would contact billing and make the correction. I called and asked about the $88 fee and was told the homeowner agreed to it. I?m the home owner. I was told that Gary would contact me about the $88 fee and $50 discount. It?s been over a week and he did not contact me or give the discount. I don?t recommend this company, because management is not hones. "

"BUYER BEWARE! Had a pipe leak within my wall. Caught it fairly early with minimum damage. The Roto Rooter rep Brian came out and inspected and said I needed water mitigation based off the moisture in my walls. When I say the leak wasn't that bad, it really wasn't! He stated that my insurance company would cover it all and that he deals with my particular company all the time and not to worry. I obviously was taken back by the cost of almost 4k! Fast forward, my insurance company are questioning duplicate charges and Roto-Rooter is saying I owe almost 3k or a lien will be placed on my property! This whole water mitigation is a scam and the salesman did not tell the truth. They should have picked up their fans a lot earlier than they did. I'm sure they were trying to milk all the money they could. Over 5k for a bunch of fans in my home. I WILL NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE! Contacting my lawyer and will have my day in court if necessary. BUNCH OF SCAM ARTISTS IF YOU ASK ME!"

"We had the opportunity to work with Chris and Billy from Peach Plumbing & Drain. They came to our rescue when my husband was unable to complete a kitchen faucet install. Billy is an amazing plumber. Extremely conscientious, knowledgeable, clean, proactive, friendly and works very quickly. In addition to fixing our faucet Billy helped to update our handles on the shutoff valves and replaced an old pea trap. Both Chris and Billy were very responsive and helpful individuals. We will be contacting them again in the future with new projects as the opportunity arises. "
