"On the day of the installation, two workman came out exactly at the time they said they would. They explained what they were going to do. Then got to work. They laid a sheet down from the bathroom to the door to protect my carpet from damage when they hauled out the tub. After they had done the basic install they asked us where we wanted all of the optional pieces. This customized the shower to my needs. They cleaned the entire bathroom and left a sign on the shower floor letting us know exactly when we could use the shower. They also explained the operation of the shower heads and what we could and could not use to keep everything clean. It was a great experience.

"The shower curtain rod was hung too high that the curtain could not stop water from going all over floor. I made a point of giving them the curtain to make sure the rod was installed properly but he merely eyeballed it instead of measuring the wall to be accurate. It was just a standard curtain! I made them correct the height which left a couple of holes in the shower wall that is noticeable. The cap on the end of the shower rod was not put on correctly and just hung on the rod. They did nothing about the gap in the floor molding after removing my tub, so that the edge of the vinyl floor and raw wood floor was showing. I made them fix it with caulk but did a quick sloppy job of it on the one side. There is now a good size purple stain on my vinyl floor from a chemical they allowed to spill on it, the flooring is only a year old! The new knob fell off in my hand the first time I turned on the water. The shower pan is not deep enough to allow a shower curtain to stop the water from going on the bathroom floor. The new hand held shower is too short to use because the shower head is so high. I have had to go shopping for a longer one. I paid enough money that it should have been a perfect or near perfect job, but it was not."

"Mr. Collins did an excellent job. I need rotten wood replaced on my garage facing as well as my chimney box. He came and assessed the project and although the temperature was extreme he wisely came out in the cool of the evening, worked until dark and returned the next day to complete the job. The price was competitive but very reasonable. I am extremely satisfied and will be calling him back for other projects."

They were on time each day, very hard working and did an excellent job of tiling the shower and installing the glass and our new tub which required moving the drain in the slab. They removed all debris associated with the job. They were very courteous and efficient. Cash Edinger, co-owner of Paul's Tile, oversaw the project and did an excellent job of keeping me informed of each day's schedule. He followed up on the work each day and made sure everything was done correctly and that I was pleased with the work. All in all it was an excellent experience.
