"Cascade helped us when our sump pump failed - they came the same day and replaced it! I was so happy I hired them to install a water heater the next week. Thank you John and Linda!"

"It was great. Found my water heater leaking in the middle of the night, I drained it and called Jud at 7:30 am, he called back in a few minutes. He was at my house by 8:15am, had my old water heater unhooked by 8:30, took some measurements and ran to get a new water heater. By 1:00pm or so we had a brand new Bradford White (made here in west Michigan) hot water heater installed and running! It was amazing! He also piped in a new overflow pan to my floor drain to prevent any future leaks down the road. Great guy, friendly, and couldn't ask for more. I would not hesitate to use him again! THANKS, JUD!"

"water heater was installed. He visited in the evening for a quote. The new water heater was installed the following morning. We're very happy all around with the craftsmanship"

"I won't call anyone else for my heating, cooling or electrical services. They've installed my AC, tankless water heater & 'today 4 new smoke/co detectors I love Service Professor"

"Joe came out the next day. Replacement water heater, updated the things that needed updating. Reasonably priced. Very kind and professional. I would call him again."

"Very polite, immediately got to work, and explained things to me in plainer English so that I understood where the issues lies (having near zero plumbing knowledge prior). Thankfully, what looked like it could be a whole replacement became a much simpler fix charged as a service fee. Gave me a quote in case it did wind up being a bigger issue that needed replacing, but so far, not the case! Very grateful for quick and efficient work from Sam and Nick."

"Brian was punctual, efficient, and thorough. He completed the task within the time frame he had provided, and did not leave so much as a footprint for me to clean up. He was respectful, pleasant, and totally unobtrusive. I would recommend Brian and Specialized Plumbing Services to anyone requiring plumbing services."

"Went OK. They did the work and it 'mostly worked' when they were done. I say mostly because the pressure valve was blowing off of the boiler when they were done (This was NOT happening before they had done the work). I had noticed this the day after I had paid. I contacted them and they wanted to replace the expansion tank and charge me $200. I asked - shouldn't this be covered under the initial work of $4600? They said the part wasn't explicitly in the quote. Frankly at this point to replace what really was a $40 part and half hour of time to do a fully finished job (for $4600). For 1. How am I supposed to know (as a customer) what should be on the quote for a fully finished job (pumps, piping, etc? - they are the expert) 2. How am I supposed to know this isnt their fault. (Shouldnt an autofilling expansion tank be connected to the incoming water supply?) Frankly not standing fully behind their work and making sure they do everything to do a good, finished job - left a 'bad' taste in my mouth. In the end I replaced the auto-filling expansion tank with an Extrol expansion tank for $40 and it took me less than an hour. After that it all appears to work."

"Quick and professional removal and installation! Also replaced cold water galvanized pipe running from main to water heater with pex. Will consider using M&S in the future to replace remaining galvanized pipes in the future."
