"As a disabled veteran, I thought this company cared about me in a way that I would feel proud about. They came in, gave me the pitch, told me they worked with veterans and knew what paperwork needed to be done to send to the VA and I went with it hook line and sinker. It?s been a month since the walk-in shower was completed, and they have yet to give me the needed final paperwork to give to the VA to process for my HISA verification. Their call center not only lied to me telling me that they were going to send it, they lied to the VA who also called and was informed they were going to send it to them also. As a veteran, I would stay away from this company, far away from this company because of their non-commitment to finish what they started. The workers are superb, the sales team and customer service is trash. I apologize for the tone but I am very upset and it took me 39 days to post this because I thought they were actually working the issue but they aren?t. "

We started our bathroom rennovations on Nov 29th 2024 the project wsda supposed to be completed in 5 weeks now it is almost 2 months and the master bathroom still needs to begin constreuction. We have had 3 project managers so far. However, despite multiple follow-ups over the past week via our text messaging group and several calls, we have yet to receive any updates on a variety of outstanding work in the loft and guest bathroom that need to be done. This lack of communication and progress is unacceptable. While we understand that Elkay is taking a break, the responsibility for keeping us informed and ensuring the project stays on track should not be neglected. We are not getting proper updates about stataus of several pending issues and we feel like we are being passed around without any clear resolution or accountability. The most pressing concern is the arrival of the bathtub, as all further work on the master bathroom is stalled until it arrives."

"Douglas was hired to get my pool cleaned and ready for swimming. The pool looked like a swamp when he came to give me an estimate. His estimate was a good price so we hired him. He did a fantastic job. He worked very hard trying to get my pool swimmable. He came several days and worked for hours scooping leaves and stuff out of the pool. He scrubbed and vacuumed many times. In the end, he did it and I was very happy. He is one of the hardest working men I have ever seen. Great personality and feels like family. I would recommend him for any job. I will have more work for him in the future. 5 stars."
