I really expected to be told it would be at least 24 hours before they could get to me. The women who answered the phone was courteous and explained the process. She put me on the schedule and by 12:45 that afternoon the technician called and said he would be here in about 20 minutes. Once he got here he went right to is and was able to identify my issue almost immediately. His diagnostic skills were very impressive. He clearly explained what he found and his plan to fix it. I mentioned that I was concerned that I expected it to be more serious due to my lack of preventive maintenance. He immediately made me aware of a promotion that was available to have the A/C serviced and then have the furnace serviced in the Fall. The prices he quoted were very reasonable so I choice to proceed. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of Heating or A/C services. They were professional, courteous and respectful of my time."

The male tech was prompt, polite and had a list of what was suppose to done. When done he checked his list and then asked if I was satisfied. "Due in the morning, I got a call at 12.40 saying they'd be here in an hour. He arrived at 2. Once here, he was professional, friendly and helpful. He repaired our toilet but said that in the long-term - maybe a year or two - we'd have to replace it and gave me all the details of options. A few weeks before Christmas, the last thing I want to be doing is shelling out just short of a grand. And he said it wasn't needed.
