It wound up being a fairly complicated problem that required several days of work. The woman who answered the phone each time I had to call back was lovely and answered the phone promptly each time. Jesse was patient about each return visit and when he explained to problems and the steps he was taking to mitigate them he didn't overly simplify things or act like I wouldn't understand him (a rarity when it comes to technicians walking to women). In all, I found Jesse to be extremely knowledgeable and professional, and JRB to be a great service provider. A+, would absolutely hire them again, definitely recommend them to everyone."
