"Overall the multiple projects went well. More costly than expected but we did receive some discounts which helped. The only one item I would mention is that we bought an incorrect faucet/drain combination. The tech replaced the drain components but since the faucet we had was designed to have a pull lever for the drain, and the one he used was a push down stopper, the hole where the pull up leveler would have gone stayed opened. It does not look good so we now need to live with it."

"Very nice and easy to talk to. He was the only one that responded out of 3 companies I contacted. He got back to me in a couple of hrs when going through Angie.very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions you may have. I live in a mobile home and some of the fittings I had to end up having someone that knew what they were doing to come in and fix the piping since it’s not like a normal house. I had to have him replace a water valves underneath the sink that was leaking while he was here. I had him do the sinks in both bathrooms. It only took him a little bit over an hour to fix the job. "We hired Kennihans to replace the riser on our gas line just before the meter. This turned into a much more complicated job than expected. Throughout the entire job the crew on site was polite, hardworking, professional, and very competent. They encountered problem after problem which was not their fault, but due to the weird way the gas line was originally run. They adapted and worked out a great solution that both cost effective and saved all of my plantings. Huge thanks to Ryan, Brian, and Herb. The office staff was extremely helpful, responsive, and professional. They always called and let me know the day's plan and made sure the work was done properly. Gerry checked in frequently to make sure everything was being taken care of and were were satisfied. Now, they are not as cheap as that "guy your neighbor knows that could do the job," but you get what you pay for. I was extremely satisfied and would STRONGLY recommend them for any job."
