"Due in the morning, I got a call at 12.40 saying they'd be here in an hour. He arrived at 2. Once here, he was professional, friendly and helpful. He repaired our toilet but said that in the long-term - maybe a year or two - we'd have to replace it and gave me all the details of options. "Well. Naz responded quickly to our request. It started out as a water tank replacement, but due to the smell of gas in front of our home when exploring a place to vent the new water tank, we had to have the gas turned off. An inconvenience in July, a real issue in the middle of January! Naz got the new lines in to our water heater and furnace right after the gas company sleeved the existing line and returned our service. He came back the following week to finish running the remaining lines for the gas dryer and stove."
