You really need to pack up most things, even thought they say only breakables need to be removed. The electrical and drywall work was well done. They even swapped out a nearby old light so that they all looked the same - nice touch! The ceilings look great. The new entrance to the attic was very nicely done. "Was referred to this company by my friend Glen when we were remodeling our house, so I decided to get windows and shutters from WDG- Everything's been great! They did a great job with designing and installing as I needed everything to be custom.
Step 1- they sent a designer for the consultation who made recommendations and took measurements. It's good that they send a designer and not just any joe shmoe because he was actually very helpful in giving us suggestions and we ended up changing some things around because of his recommendations. 
Step 2- bid was sent to us, we signed the contract and sent out deposit. 
Step 3- our windows were made, they called us and set up installation and everything turned out great. 
After we were satisfied with our windows, we decided to get shutters from them as  well, and I am very satisfied. Since we were returning customers they even gave us a better price. 
Everything turned out perfect, the way I expected.

It has an original appearance .

That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

I contacted Shaun shortly after closing on our new house because there were several things that needed immediate attention and there were also some things that my wife and I wanted to change prior to moving in. Shaun arrived 10 minutes early to our appointment and listened to what we were looking to have done, plus he offered several ideas of his own to help make our decisions easier. I asked for his quote to be broken down by job since I thought there was a chance we were asking to have more done than we could afford. I received the quote later that day and was pleasantly surprised that I could afford to have everything done. He asked when we would like to start work and I told him the sooner the better since we were waiting for the work to be complete prior to moving into the house. His crew started two days later and after each day they cleaned up any mess that was made. As they were working, my wife and I kept finding other things that we wanted done. All that was needed was a quick phone call to Shaun and it was done. I knew that we were adding to the total bill but the quality of work was fantastic and worth the extra cost. I would rate every job that SR Construction performed as 10 out of 10! I have already recommended them to two different friends that have just bought houses and I can honestly say that if you are looking for a contractor, Shaun is a great choice!"

"Joe came the same day we called to give us an estimate for the job.  We scheduled it for a couple days later.  He showed up as scheduled and got the job done in the time he estimated.  The stuck door was a bit of a challenge to fix without causing damage.  I liked that rather than rush in, Joe was thoughtful in his approach.  Would use again.
