I decided to go with Orbit because Madison answered all my questions and concerns. I Their solution addressed all my needs. We scheduled and the systems were installed by Dylan, who was professional and efficient. He answered my questions and told me what I needed to know to feel comfortable with my new system. He also cleaned up beautifully, leaving my garage in perfect order. In the time since installation there is a noticeable difference in the water. I also feel like my skin is benefitting from the softer water. and the acidic levels in my well water are controlled."

"All work was done in a timely manner. Initial meeting covered color of countertop, backsplash and type of plumbing fixtures (sinks and faucets) for kitchen including wet bar. Next templates of existing kitchen was scheduled and made. After the countertop and backsplash were manufactured installation was scheduled and accomplished including plumbing in one day (over 8 hours). Work was done cleanly with no mess. "Naturally, on the hottest weekend of the summer in 2019, with a houseful of guests for that weekend, the capacitor went. Normally, I'd order the part and fix it myself, but that would have taken days to acquire. Air Temp showed up first thing in the morning the following day, and quickly verified the broken part and replaced it. Sure, of course it was more than doing it myself--but that's not the point.
