Matt of MMP Consturction's contacted me promptly, scheduled an on-site visit and gave us a quote right away. The work was then scheduled and finished quickly. Matt did great job on reaching out, effective communication, and always arriving on-time. He also gave an evaluation on our roof condition. Also, Eric and Don did excellent job on finishing the project. They are all very polite, knowledgeable, and showed their professionalism. "Eric's team rebuilt our entire three season room, which was not functional. It is now, thanks to Mike and Brian. It also looks very good! Mike works hard at getting things done, and teaches the younger crew very well. He is structured and trustworthy. He also was patient answering my questions (I always have too many..!). Brian pays great attention to detail! I was impressed by how good the tile work looks, and also how good the finishing of the decking to the landing looks like, which he did. They also had to partly redo the patio, and it looks better than before."

"Leo did a fantastic job with the front steps at my investment property. Leo acted quickly to obtain an emergency permit, demolish rotting old steps, and build a new stairway outside. Having tenants, the cracked steps were a big liability for me and I was very grateful that Leo acted quickly and performed the entire job in less than a week (even less time if you count some of the rainy April days that can't be worked)."

His quote was straightforward and accurate. His work speaks for itself as we are thrilled with the final product. I felt like Carlos respected my house, I think he was the neatest contractor I have ever used. He took out existing stone work and I was really happy about the minimal mess. "From the moment I requested a quote Zana and the folks at HWP were highly responsive. From the first phone call, within 2-3 days, the carpenter, Ivo, stopped by as arranged to look over the project. Ivo walked through what we wanted, asked great questions, and advised he would have a quote in a few days. By the next day we had the quote in hand! HWP folks were patient while we researched other contractors. We selected HWP for an excellent price teamed with timely responses. We made the right choice. Work started within a few days and the project was underway without a hitch. Upon completing the demo of the old porch Ivo let us know he needed additional supplies for unforeseen conditions related to the structural supports. Given that the scope of work was small, I appreciated his willingness to take on this project (several others never returned my call or wouldn't consider it). His estimate was very fair, and he completed the scope of work on-time as initially assessed. He gave us clear instructions on materials we needed to buy for the project. We paid for all of the tile and grout upfront, and they supplied the drywall patch, any other materials needed for these 2 projects, and labor. They also did a great job cleaning up once they were done. Henry and his colleague Chris were friendly, kind and efficient. The finished product was excellent. I would hire them again in a second!"
