"I had an amazing experience with Northstar Restoration. I can say it started from my first contact speaking with their receptionist, then the owner and his wonderful staff. I purchase a new built property which was not cleaned properly, the place was left with dust particles mainly in unfinished basement which spread throughout the whole house. In addition, subcontractors did not use properly coverings so garage floor as well as carpets were impacted. The owner Jay came out and explained how they could help alleviate the issues we faced. He was very thorough in his assessment and presented the options.
