The drain line was tied into a primary drain line, which was OK by code, but miserable in practice, as there is no way to snake it. Jay was able to figure out an efficient and elegant solution based on his years of experience. We now have a barely visible trap in our garage wall. All this was diagnosed and completed the same day the second handyperson came out. My wife is overjoyed with the washing machine functioning after several weeks of more and more frequent floods. "The plumber came almost at the end of the appointed time. When he arrived, he was fairly arrogant, and refused to negotiate despite coming from Angie's list. Lastly, he repaired the leaky line in about an hour, charging $530, and also did not provide the water plastic box for water line. We had to purchase one from another store. When I paid for the invoice, they didn't tell me that they are charging additional 3% with credit card. All in all, they did the work, but at a high price, and so so customer service."

"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"
