After day 1 we didn't like one of the colors we had chosen after seeing it on the walls. We talked with George about it and he was very accommodating, and just wanted to make sure we would be happy with the final results. "Pros: It went well, and the overall quality is good - they offered alternative solutions other contractor estimates did not (to help lower the cost). They take pride in their work and are willing to go the extra mile for satisfaction, even after work completion. Cons: We put our deposit in and signed a contract a few months before the job, and it wasn't until a week or two before the job we found out the material was discontinued (after we already selected paint color and floor design from separate contractor) We were forced into their schedule, after noting certain restrictions we had with working midnight shift. (for items like inspections and lingering things after the "scheduled" work was complete)."

"The owner Bill came out to assess the remediation required after a sewer pipe leak in our basement. He explained what needed to be done and was honest about the fact that a homeowner DIY remediation was within the EPA guidelines for the amount of damage that needed to be fixed. He provided recommendations and didn't charge me a penny. We referred him to some neighbors who also happened to have water damage at the same time, they hired the company and seem satisfied with the result. In the meantime, Bill even came over to help assess my progress on the DIY and provided additional advice while he was working with the neighbors. I'd definitely hire this company if I had another similar situation requiring more in-depth remediation."
