"it went very well, better than anticipated. paul had installed the furnace in the garage, i was really impressed with the quality of work and craftsmanship. getting the ductwork from furnace to the crawl space was going to be challenging, and he was able to do it. i was very impressed. he also installed a air conditioning unit at the same time, one thing i have to say is that he is very busy, and he was able to get the air conditioning unit in before the heatwave was about to hit, he went out of his way to make this happen. he cleaned up after himself, each and everytime he was here, installed duct work in the cieling, with no damage to sheetrock. which is another bonus, his work is very precise. paul is a very personable person, with my gut instinct, he cares about making the customer happy. he also helped us with all of the rebates. which was another added bonus. i give paul and is company my highest rating possible. as myself a plumbing contractor, i would not hesitate to refer him to my own customers, friends and family as well. thanks paul for the great work. <br />"

"I am really pleased with Pipeline Plumbing work! From the initial estimate to the completion of the work, it was an excellent service. I had a 30 years old A.O. Smith, 18in gas water heater that sometime in January started discharging excessive amount of water through the overflow pipe. Drew did the estimate and determined that a buildup over the thermometer is causing the problem. Given the age of the water heater, he advised replacing it. He offered two options (both at a reasonable price): water heater and installation provided by Pipeline Plumbing, or water heater supplied by customer and installation by Pipeline Plumbing. Given the small size of the water heater, I chose to place a custom order, and to use Pipeline Plumbing for the installation step of the project only. I researched existing water heaters, confirmed with Drew the one I found will work, and placed the order. There was a long wait period before the water heater arrived, however Pipeline Plumbing were very understanding and flexible with scheduling the service. On the installation day Drew arrived as scheduled, and in a few hours I had the new water heater installed. Very pleased with the service from beginning to end. Will hire them again, and will highly recommend them the anyone needing plumbing services."

"We had sewer smell in the bathroom when the shower was used. We thought it was a plugged vent causing gasses to burp past the water trap. Scott didn't think that would be the cause, but could not tell where the smell was coming from because only my wife could smell it. Scott thought about it a while and said that it could be a bad toilet seal allowing gasses to come through when the hot shower water created steam pressure inside the pipes. Way to go Scott! I'm pretty handy but this one had me stumped."

"Two years ago we purchased a replacement gas fireplace from NW Natural gas who contracted with NW Gas Lines for the install. Suffice it to say it was one problem after another. In the end we paid exponentially more that we expected for what was explained as a pretty straight forward job. We signed the deal at NW Natural and had the best expectations for a fireplace redo........ nightmare! We just accepted it as is just wanting it to be over, it was not what we wanted. TWO YEARS LATER we are having to replace the tile around the fireplace because NW Gas Line tiler used the wrong compound for a heat source. The tiles buckled and popped. Not surprised given all the problems we had with these people. Tony is a nice man but doesn't take responsibility for the mistakes his crew makes. Nor does NW Natural Gas take responsibility for the contractors they send. After spending 6,000.00 to replace the insert, retile and add a small corner mantle. We are having to redo the tile job. I fault both NW GAS LINES and NW Natural gas because I believe who you contract is a reflection of how you value your customers. NW Natural did make one concession to us. Since the fireplace was installed so that we couldn't turn it on at all, after a bit of an argument, NW Natural gave us the remote controller free. Currently 500.00 bid to fix another of their contractors errors."
