"I couldn't have been more impressed with Revival. First of all, we got three bids and theirs was the most affordable by quite a bit. Normally, this would concern me about quality, but I had nothing to worry about. They were responsive and prompt leading up to the installation process, easy to work with on scheduling, and when it came time to install their team was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and fast. The best, though, came well after the job was done and paid. When we were having a problem with the heat distribution months later, Robert came over personally and promptly, spending over two hours to get things corrected. Then--almost a year after the installation--a tree branch came down in a storm, damaging the outside unit on a Saturday during an ice storm. Despite the continued challenges of the storm, Robert came out that day to diagnose the problem; brought us space heaters to tide us over; and had the unit replaced and running by Monday. Can't recommend them highly enough."

"Update April 7, 2022 - Another flawless incident of excellent service. Part of our HVAC is an important electronic filtering system we bought 12 years ago when they installed our system. My wife experienced respiratory distress at the same time we noted a "green light" went out on the filter.
