While fixing the furnace, Robert brought to my attention exhaust vents that were improperly installed in my attic as well. He didn't have to, but took pictures and helped explain exactly what should be corrected. Superior customer service all around!!"

But, the installer only replaced the outside parts and never replaced the catch basin the installer said they would on the inside. The AC unit works great though! So, overall it was a good experience and a relief to get it done before the summer heat set in for my pregnant wife. They also did a great job helping us with the pricing."
