"At first it didn't go so well. The technician came out after Choice was closed and my claim was denied. I filed an appeal. I spoke to a case manager Ms. Green early Monday morning as well as my customer service rep Ms. D. Fragoso. Ms. Green answered all my questions and broke everything down to me so I can understand what happened and what was about to happen. The end result is Choice approved my claim and I got my a/c fixed the same day. Ms. Green and Ms. Fragoso were both professional, helpful, and patient. I am happy that I purchased my warranty from Choice Home Warranty. And I am extra happy that have employees like Ms. Green and Ms. Fragoso."

"Our garage floor, driveway and service walk were in need of replacement after 24 years of settling and exposure to harsh weather, which had left them cracked and crumbling. We had these and surrounding areas on our property checked out by a home inspector, who made some very specific recommendations regarding their replacement. Stamp & Concrete Masters submitted the lowest of three estimates, and began work on May 3, 2010. Ron Diersing worked hard to do this job to our satisfaction and to the specifications of our home inspector. He and his crew arrived on time each day and took time to answer all our questions regarding the job. Following the completion of the replacement work there was to be a sealant application made after 30 days. This was delayed for two weeks due to a backorder of the sealant, though Ron kept us apprised of the schedule delay and followed up quickly when the material was delivered to him. The work was completed on June 27, 2010. Overall we have been very pleased with the results and would hire Stamp & Concrete Masters again."

We hired him to replace a pool liner that had deep wrinkles from the time it was installed several years ago. We now have an absolutely beautiful pool without a single wrinkle. Seriously, it looks better now than when the pool was brand new. In addition, he is the nicest man you would ever want to work with, a true perfectionist. He was very punctual (showed up on time every time) and his price was half what we were quoted by the company who installed our pool originally. He is FANTASTIC!!!!"

First removal of all furniture then drying of walls, then opening of cement, then plumber to replace pipes and close cement. Finally carpet replaced and furniture moved back. 3 month process. But insurance paid for it for my 40.00 dollars a month."
