Contacted American Appliance Repair and they had their on-call person, Randy, call back in very short order.  I explained what was going on and he figured out it was the locking mechanism on the door that was acting up.  He ordered the part as it wasn't available in the STL area.  It arrived within about 2 days and Randy contacted me ASAP to come over and install it.  Installation took about 15 minutes.  Viola!  My washer was back in business!

"Everything went well. Vitt arrived on time the day of installation and began immediately and worked through the next 2.5 days. The installation went well. However, there was a slight vibration in the blower motor at full blower speed so the lead installer came back out after checking with the manufacturer and worked for several more hours until the issue was resolved.
