"LOVE Spengler. They came out the same day that I called and he capped off the outside faucet pipe so I could turn the water back on to the rest of my house. In 2 days, they will come back and finish the repair and insulate the pipes. They were slammed with broken water pipe calls so today was just about getting me up and running - which is all I wanted and I'm so thankful for. He gave me several different options in writing and I went with their best service plan because it's well worth it. Office staff are awesome! Fantastic customer service! So much better than the company I was using and had a service plan with. I cancelled my service with the other company and as long as Spengler keeps this up, I will stay with them. "We joined Angies list because we were having a hard time finding a company that could come out in a emergency. After wading through the list of contractors, trying to find one that was available, we called this company. The on call guy answered right away and was very friendly. He was at our door in about two hours and went right to work. (Pretty impressive for 9 at night on a friday.) He figured out that the main sewer line going to the septic tank was clogged. After about a hour of snaking he was able to unclog the pipe. What was really impressive is how well he protected our home from the nasty mess that came out of the pipe. I definitely recommend this company and will use them again for all of our plumbing needs."
