"We hired Bill Aitken Heating to repair our gas furnace, we had an accumulation of water in the furnace pan. I called Aitkens Heating and received a call back immediately. They were here promptly at the time scheduled for repair. Mr. Aitkens had my furnace repaired within a half hour. He arrived with his helper and I could not be more satisfied with the work these gentlemen did. Bill took the time to explain in detail what he did for the repair. Bill Aitken is our GO TO man for any of our heating and air condition maintenance. I would like to add he was very reasonable. In passing, he mentioned a heat pump option for the shoulder months to reduce oil use, but that was it. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."
