Daler arrived early and started work immediately, removing the old air conditioner and installing the new one with conscientious attention to detail and great care to do so without damaging the window frame. His young daughter Robia was also there, handing Daler the correct tools and paying close attention to his work; she is already a top-notch assistant to her Dad! The AC is now securely installed and Daler also took the time to install weather-stripping when he noticed that our window frame was just a tiny bit uneven. Both Daler and Robia were courteous, caring, and truly professional. We would be delighted to hire D & R Repair for future projects!"

"Rosemarie and her team did an incredible job transforming our backyard. Previously, we had issues with drainage and our yard was basically a muddy, unusable space. We had previously gotten estimates from other companies and were disappointed with the cookie cutter approach we received. "After much research and conversations with multiple contractors thankfully we ended up hiring AEC. Their communication throughout the preliminary process was superior to all of their competitors. They took the time to listen to our project needs and recommended the best course of action working with our budget. They used top of the line paints and skilled craftsmen on our job. The AEC supervisors were present at all times ensuring that everyone involved was meeting their high standards. At times even addressing minor things that were outside the scope of the job which we really appreciated. Attention to detail was key and they lived up to it. Besides the pristine paint job, we were very thankful for how delicately they handled our furniture and the great condition they left our floors in. Everything was covered and taped to ensure minimal cleanup at the end. Once the job was done we got to do a final inspection walkthrough with the supervisors. "This crew is amazing!  My uncle needed to have a tree removed from our
backyard... I'm talking HUGE with many of the biggest limbs leaning over
our neighbors house.  He came over right away and gave a reasonably
priced quote.  I discussed it with my uncle and decided to go ahead and
use his services.  He removed this tree in two days, even with it being
some of the hottest days its been in a while!  His whole crew was
extremely kind and they made sure to clean up very carefully after they
were done. They even took a look at my broken car when they
noticed me filling my radiator with water!  We were thrilled with the
services this crew gave us and would recommend them to anyone.

"It went very, very well. John and his crew of men came the first day (the heavy rains day) to start the work of relieving the hydro-static pressure, which was the opposite of where I thought the water was coming into the house on rainy days. I thought it was through windows and walls. I came home holding my breath to see that despite minor flooding in parts of Brooklyn and a full day of rain the basement was dry! It was exactly what was needed; waterproofing. They came back after the holidays to complete the work of laying the drain pipes outside and were patient in explaining the work to me and what I would need to do, basically nothing as it is a self-managing system. John was not on site for the second part but his crew was very communicative and it was very easy to be in touch with John about the remaining work. They are very good about laying tarp down to keep floors safe and about clean up.
