"I had an issue with my stream boiler last Saturday. Did a google search and called multiple companies except Lighthouse (also part of Premier HVAC) picked up the phone right away and the tech Slava (unsure if I spelled his name correctly) showed up an hour after my call. He was very knowledgeable. He first did a thorough inspection on my streamer boiler (I thought mine was called furnace but he corrected me and luckily Lighthouse also repair stream boiler), then giving options (replace the water feeder and side glass or the whole stream boiler since mine was already past 30years and it may not last long). Due to budget issue, after discussed with my family, we chose for now just changed the parts. Slava has no problem with that and I got lucky that he was about to arrange time to have the work done the same day. Slava is also very patient and professional. As he learned that I am new to streamer boiler, while he was doing his work, at the same time, he was giving “a lecture “ in terms of names, functions of each parts and the concept of how the stream boiler works and how to maintain it properly. I gotta be honest that I don’t recall all the he mentioned but at least now I have a concept. In terms of the price, I can’t say that it’s cheap but you pay for the quality of service that you get. Slava literally taking his time and spent about 4 hours to repair. Highly recommend."

"Jason completed the repair of 7 Oil heaters, full blower wheel replacements, nozzle head replacements, tune up and more. For the first time in 15 years all heaters run SILENT and they are 18 feet in the air in a mechanic shop of a dealership. He then served all 5 A/C units on the roof of the dealership. Ever since we hired him it has been seamless and very fairly priced. I would highly recommend him and his company. He's always available for any emergency we've had regarding the units."

"I sent a message to the company in the late evening regarding my broken central AC and Jason was here Tuesday morning to look at it. He tried to repair it but was not able to due to the age of the unit and the damage. We needed a new unit and he was here to put it in first thing Wednesday morning. Took him two hours and our AC was working. He was nice and professional. We felt the price was reasonable. Would use him again and recommend his business."

When I first spoke with Mike by phone I felt that he was super up front and honest with me about everything, including price. It was nice that I could call or text. I had multiple refrigerated pieces of equipment that needed to be looked at. After first contact he came the following day right on time at 9am as agreed. He had no issues with the different problems on the units and worked fast. He was able to fix all the issues I had. He also tested a few units to make sure they were getting cold just being nice. He was a nice guy to talk to making me comfortable to have him in my warehouse. I will for sure be using Professor Pipes in the future!!!"
