"Luis is the man !! I opted for an urgent repair for the next 24-48hours at 9:45pm. I received a call from him 15 minutes later ready ready to come over and address the situation. I asked him if he could meet me the after work the next day between 1-3PM. He said I’ll be there. After speaking with him for a few minutes I can tell he was highly experienced and confident. He tried to repair it but was not able to due to the age of the unit and the damage. We needed a new unit and he was here to put it in first thing Wednesday morning.
