"It was installed as advertised"

"I asked Lee for a quote for 2 alternative solutions to install a surround sound and hang TV on the wall, with the goal of removing the components and the TV stand/media center from the leaving room. Lee came up with a much more creative idea to achieve my goal that wan't more extensive than what I asked him to do. Lee was very knowledgable and understands video, sound and system design. I like that fact that he does the design, was on site with the installers while the job was done, and came at the end to fine tune/calibrate my system himself. The result was beyond my expectation. the sound/video is incredible, and the most important thing no media center/TV stand, no components everything is nicely hidden at the top of our coat closet in an unused space.
Why did Lee stand out from the others?
He was very knowledgeable (I did an extensive research before and all his recommendations were spot on), honest and creative. He was involved in every step of the process His prices were competitive, and he didn't try to up-sell me more expensive stuff than what I needed, or already had. Also, Lee stuck to his final quote even though the job took longer that expected.
Finally, I have to respond to a negative review that someone wrote saying that Lee quoted  $800 for a universal remote. Obviously I wasn't part of their conversation, but I find it hard to believe b/c ALL the quotes I got from Lee were in writing by email and he
quoted me around $400 for a high end remote including his time to program it to my system. It is a shame that people can write inaccurate stuff and effect someone's reputation that way.

"I purchased The Big Deal sometime in 2013. The first technician who came asked several curt questions about what I was looking to do and set up a home network. Unfortunately, it didn't work the way I had wanted it to. To Geek Choice's credit, they sent another technician at no cost to me to implement a fix that better met my needs.

"Had a great job done at home installed my surround sound system. They did a great job."

"Brain was amazing! He put the light together and taught us how it worked and then installed it all within an hour. He followed all COVD precautions and yet was personable and easy to chat with. It was very easy to communicate with the company and the pricing was transparent and fair. I will definitely hire them again"

"Zen Tech & Design came out and did a great install for our family room. It was done so well and the communication was great. I was grateful for all the support that was given and knowledge that was brought to the table. I would absolutely recommend !"

"We were very satisfied. They did the work quickly and everything was successful. They got everything working in our home theater system. They didn't need the whole 2 hours. They were terrific. There were no additional fees associated with the deal."

"It went really well. James seemed very knowledgable about everything he was doing.
He was able to very quickly get rid of an unsafe electrical dryer outlet (installed by previous owner) that I would not have been able to do myself.
My wife and I previously tried to install the ceiling fixture and ran into some problems. James was able to fix these problems and make the junction box work without having to install a completely new one. I would definitely use James again.

"George was very prompt in providing an estimate. He explained what I needed and how he would install the electrical circuit and connections. He was able to do the work around our schedule. I like that lives in the town and he knows the local building inspectors. After completing his work he made sure that everything was operational and he was reassuring that I could call him if there were any problems. The electrical wires installed were all properly tucked away and he maintained a cleaned area. I would recommend George for any home electrical work.
