"Clark did not show up on time as well as not letting us know he was going to be late. Had to call him and remind him of our appointment. Hours later he shows up. We had to pay for the inspection which included measuring the windows that would need replacing. Clark services took our money with no intention of doing the work. We have called, text and email per his instructions on his phone service. Still no reply"

From that point forward, i have left multiple voicemail's and multiple text messages with no response. Sent email to the email listed on receipt and card on May 29th. Since then, i have called and sent texts to John McGowan everyday with no response (today is June 2nd)"
