"Estimate process was most professional of the four companies we reviewed. Installation crew did a great job and made sure that we were able to run air conditioning as soon as possible, which we really appreciated with the hot/humid weather."

"These guys were awesome, everyone from sales to the installers were laid back and professional. There weren't any gimmicks and they had the best quotes and install timelines. Hands down the best experience we had. We had a new A/C, Furnace and water heater all done in 7 hours."

"Call Golden Rule on a Friday night, and they were able to send someone out first thing Saturday morning. After going over our three options, we decided to replace both the AC and furnace based on the age of the system and the cost for a temporary repair. Monday AM the installer arrived, worked all day, and installed the system."

"Prompt. Polite. Efficient. service member made repair affordable."

"I had an issue with my computer where it was opening lots of pop ups, ad bars, and windows with ads for games. I had tried several different programs to try to remove it with no luck. I finally decided to call North Alabama Technical Service to see if I he could help. I was expecting to set up a time for him to look at it but he connected to my computer immediately and within an hour had it fixed and running perfect again. Great service at a great price and I didn't even have to disconnect it and carry it somewhere! Would call again if I have another issue I can't resolve myself."

"The AC/furnace unit was installed quickly and professionally. Totally satisfied."

"We bought our ac and furnace from them 2 yrs ago. They were super professional at time of install as well as with every appointment for maintenance since!"

"Excellent, on time or called if delayed.  Always had a solution if problem arose.  After first project did not bother getting other bids  Wish I had other projects to do."

"It went very well, they were not the cheapest but very affordable, the owner was onsite which was very unexpected but I was extremely impressed with that. I love my new living space!!! Thank you Daughenbaugh Construction"

"I couldn t have been more pleased with Scott s Heating, Cooling and Plumbing. Scott and his wife both came to the appointment. Scott installed the shut off valve on my gas line that I needed and his wife even had homemade dog cookies for my dog. Just the nicest people. I definitely would recommend them."
