"Luis and his crew arrived promptly at the prearranged time. He introduced himself and we went over what they were there to do. They proceeded to bring in their equipment and went right to work. When the Sump pump and dehumidifier installation was completed they went over how it worked, advised how to register the respective warranties and started the new equipment. They thoroughly cleaned up the basement where they were working. Luis also went over the outside discharge line for the sump pump. I then exited the house while Luis sprayed for the mold conditions in the basement.
