"Tankless water heater went on the fritz last Monday. Submitted HomeAdvisor request for quote and Rob called almost immediately. Took some pictures of the old unit and plumbing and had an all in reasonable estimate. They came out next morning (to the city no less) and installed new unit in a few hours, explained everything and tested and was within estimate. Very knowledgeable and professional. Have great hot water on demand. Wife is very happy as our old Eternal tankless struggled ever since we moved in 3 years ago. Very happy with the recommended Navien and installation from RA."

"I thought it went well but took longer than I expected. Mechanic Leo bought the new tank and pipes in when he arrived. I believed Leo arrived around 7:30 pm. He completed the installation around 11:30.pm Leo went out to his truck, stayed outside for a long time, in fact, my son Vann went out to ask him what was taking so long. When he came back in, Leo told me there would be an extra $100.00 We explained that we had been quoted a price of $1,300.00.. so he said to call the i office and they would straighten everything out, That’s why I called the next day. Everything seemed okay. When I notice the water was much slower, I called to let J&S know. The person asked me a few questions and advised me to check the faucets. Well, that didn’t work and the water was not as hot as before the installation. I called again to explain to J & S what was happening. The person there told me that they didn’t have to come out, and I still owed them $100.. so that's why I called Angi So I decided to check all of the faucets and I realized that the water flow was not coming out properly from any of the faucets So this is what happened. I am just appalled that they haven’t come out or called as of this date. I need them to come out and check this out, something went wrong. We could do a FaceTime inspection that would show the flow of the water."

"On November 15th Chicago was hit with some extreme wind gusts that caused my water heater pilot light to extinguish. I thought this was a simple reset, but the problem was more complicated. I learned the electrode was defective. Had I undertaken this project as a DIY, I would have spent more time than I would have cared to try to figure out why I could not get a flame for my water heater. I was smart to call Four Seasons. My technician figured out the problem quickly. There are times when calling a professional makes sense. I am not an expert on water heaters outside of knowing how to turn it on, clean it periodically, and knowing when I need a new one. "EXCELLENT! The pipe clogged on a SUNDAY AFTERNOON, of course. Water was leaking into our basement! I started looking for someone with 24 hour service, and no one could come out. Then I got a call from IL Sewer and Drain. Joe said he could be out in about an hour, it was already after 4:30 pm. He came out, and was able to unclog our pipe! But upon inspection, the pipe needed to be replaced. He was able to schedule it for the next morning! The work took a few hours, but was all finished and cleaned up! I would not hesitate to hire them again or give them an outstanding reference."

"I want to give 5 stars but can't. In late May I had a water leak. I was told a guy with a camera would be out later. I thought when a man with a camera to check on how much damage the water did to my interior came by the next day that that is what they meant. I had walls and floors removed in my laundry room, hall,powder room and family room. Now in Aug. I had the same lwak. When they came out the original plumber had a camera with him to see into the toilet line. That is what should have happened before per the tech. Now he found a bent pipe. This caused me to file a second insurance claim and to pay their cost up front and to pay a second deductible. If the proper person with the right camera came the first time this could have been taken care of all at once with one claim, one deductible and one demolition of my home. By the way, the repairs were just completed 3 weeks ago for the first claim so I barely got to enjoy my home being put back together before a new catastrophe hit. In the past they would be my first call, now I am not so sure."
