"Absolutely great service. Was not sure if replacing GE double oven purchased in 2013was the best option or repairing. Checked on-line prices and was headed in that direction. Then I spoke With Eddie. He changed my mind after providing much needed GE operating information. Within 3 days my oven was repaired. Both upper and lower heating elements were changed out and the oven works great. Eddie was the first service technician who took the time to explain what happened and why. He was honest and forthright about servicing the oven. He was prompt, courteous, efficient and left my kitchen in the same condition he found it - CLEAN. He made sure all debris was removed. I highly recommend this young man. He has become my go-to guy for any appliance repair."

"Don’t look further, you have found a fabulous 5-star appliance resourcservice, which I have used previously. I left Vmail for a service appoint; received a return call within minutes and scheduled an appointment for next day, Saturday, due to a late Friday afternoon call. Otherwise, the service could’ve been performed on Friday. Patrick was very polite and asked if I’d trouble shoot the problem by checking the dryer exhaust hose that connects the dryer to the exhaust vent that leads to exhaust outside. Of course, I clean everything imaginable but NEVER pull out the Dryer to disconnect and clean the inside of the hose. YUK is a mild description of for this lint clogged mess. The flexible hose was plugged with wet lint. Everything else was working on the dryer. Now I’ve learned something about dryers. Patrick suggested in our call that if this was the case, we should replace the silver flexible vent hose that camps on to dryer and the interior vent. We did exactly that and our problem is solved. After endless unresponsive repair services and more, it was a true pleasure to work with a repair professional who values his customer’s time and money. Rare in today’s world. Thank you Patrick!!!!"

"I live 5 hours from Pittsburgh and needed help with my deceased fathers house. I initially used Spoons because of their Saturday hours for an air conditioning repair. I thought it would be a real problem to coordinate the repair work from 300 miles away but Spoons was more than willing to coordinate their service visits with the times my fathers friend and the realtor was available. I wasn't involved with the scheduling at all. <br /> During the period of time that we were trying to sell my fathers house Spoons came out four times; the first time was to repair an air conditioner around my sisters schedule who was in Pittsburgh for a wedding, The next time it was to winterize his house in preparation for the winter and when we had a buyer and the home inspection was required Spoons worked with the realtor so the home inspection and the bank's appraisal could be done and then prior to the closing of the house Spoons came back to my fathers house and made sure there were not any plumbing or furnace issues resulting from the cold winter weather. All this was done without my having to travel 5 hours to be there. <br /> The prices were always extremely reasonable for the work performed and scheduling the work through Cathy the office manager was always a pleasure. My only regret is that Spoons is in Pittsburgh instead of in my current neighborhood. I can only hope that the realtor, who I believe had as good of an experience with Spoons as I did, can send business their way. <br /> My dad's house was recently sold and I appreciate all of the help Cathy and Michael provided.
