"Bob was very prompt to respond to an emergency plumbing need I had with my tenant's toilet being clogged & water leaking into first floor apt. bathroom.  <br />   <br /> He took care of clogged toilet by pulling toilet & snaking out stack and Tenants were able to use immediately. <br />  Unfortunately he found a more involved issue with the flange being broken & corroded.  He explained what would be involved in repairing this & was able to come back next morning to complete the recommended service in a matter of a couple hours. <br /> He was also very proactive & addressed some other "nagging" plumbing issues I had been putting off. He addressed slow a draining tub in 1st floor apt. by replacing some very old cast iron piping with ABS piping. And a low water pressure issue by replacing old galvanized hot water line with new copper line. And lastly he addressed a leaky hot water tank in basement by cleaning out the valve. <br /> I felt the cost was a bit high, but I was very pleased with the quality & comprehensiveness of his service.   <br /> <br /> <br />"
